Spa Attire
Luxurious robes, slippers, and personal lockers are provided for your use during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. Valuable items should be left at home or the office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as you, are relaxing during their treatment.
Health Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your
treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any
heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific
contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates.
All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Our spa concierge will be happy to assist you with providing for your therapists.
Cell Phone Policy
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, please put your cell phone on silent.

As a spa guest, it's your responsibility to:
- Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns
- Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit
- Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect
- Use products, equipment and therapies as directed
- Engage in efforts to preserve the environment
- Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures
As a spa guest, you have the right to:
- A clean, safe and comfortable environment
- Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason
- Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect
- Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information
- Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa’s policies and procedures
- Ask questions about your spa experience
- Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification
Cancellations
12 hours advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed in full.
